Julia Bulgarelli
Julia first became part of the Columbia Cottage family in May 2021 as a Senior Living Intern with the Horst Group. After gaining valuable experience, she returned in March 2024 as the Administrator in Training and transitioned into the Managing Director role in November of the same year. With a passion for serving the senior living community, Julia is dedicated to ensuring a high quality of life for the residents, bringing both her expertise and commitment to every aspect of her role.
Cathryn Millares
Cathryn joined Columbia Cottage Collegeville in March 2025 as the Resident Services Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently completing her Master of Nursing degree. With over 10 years of nursing experience—including acute care, orthopedics, and hospice—she has spent much of her career working with the elderly population. Her interest in senior care began while serving as the primary caregiver for her grandmother, which sparked a long-standing commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Cathryn enjoys working in assisted living because it allows her to support residents' well-being while helping them maintain independence and dignity.
