Our Ombudsman, Kathy, recently hosted a successful Residents’ Rights Bingo event. This engaging activity aimed to educate residents on their rights in a fun and interactive way. Participants learned about important topics like privacy, dignity, and decision-making through bingo calls. The event fostered a positive atmosphere and provided residents with a platform to connect with the Ombudsman and ask questions.
