Residents and staff at the Hershey Cottage enjoyed a visit from 3 six-week-old baby goats! The babies, Ivan, Iris, & Isaac, had a lot of fun. They kept busy hopping around, playing, and drinking bottles. They also enjoyed cuddles in between playing sessions!
Monday afternoon we had a surprise visit from the Lebanon County dairy princess and her court. They performed a humorous skit about Dairy products, and they read us a story about how milk gets from the cow to the table. We enjoyed there visit and asked them to come back and visit anytime.
At the end of the week family, friends and residents enjoy chatting with each other and having a glass of wine or just a nice cold beer… While snacking on something our great kitchen staff has prepared Everyone looks forward to Fridays!!!
It was a great afternoon with Shay from hospice of all seasons making ghosts to decorate our rooms as we get ready to celebrate the Halloween season.
