Merri brings decades of healthcare and senior living experience to her role of Managing Director. She has a nursing degree and unique experience in managing assisted living and at-home services. She is adept at serving as a liaison between families and care staff.

Columbia Cottage Wyomissing Resident Services Director

Robin joined Columbia Cottage in 2013 after a 25-year career in Skilled Nursing. Robin is informed on the daily holistic needs of each resident. She ensures residents’ superior care by collaborating with the nursing team and Caregivers. Robin’s easy-going, fun spirit – coupled with her expertise - wins the trust of residents and staff alike.

2018 Caregiver of the Year

Mary Farrell has worked for the Cottage for 5 years. She is a Coordinator and handles the training of new employees for day shift. Mary gives 100% every day to ensure those who live at the Cottage are well cared for and happy. The dedication, compassion, and love that she shares doesn’t go unnoticed.

Food Service Director

Kristy’s special recipes for homemade sauce, salad dressings, and Italian meatballs keeps the residents excited about what the next meal will bring. She has a background as the General Manager of a chain of Italian restaurants and brings her experience in Italian cuisine with her.

Maintenance Director

Rick is always ready and willing to fix anything. In addition to making repairs and managing facility maintenance, Rick prepares apartments to receive new residents. He enjoys working with and for the residents: in addition to making their apartments look like new, he’ll help residents hang pictures, set up cable, and help them feel comfortable in their new home.
